The Krewe of Christopher was formed in 1953 by members of the local Knights of Columbus. Original members sought to bring Mardi Gras to Thibodaux, and we continued the tradition of bringing a first-class Tableau and Ball to our local community.  Our non-parading Krewe holds it annual Tableau and Ball take place on Lundi Gras (Monday prior to Mardi Gras). We participate in community events at other times throughout the year to encourage the fellowship that has been a long standing tradition of the Krewe of Christopher.
